Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Construction of new 5,000 square foot building to include: a) Offices, activity room, reading room, crafting room, restrooms, dining hall, full commercial cooking kitchen with new kitchen appliances. b) Framing, insulation, EIFS, windows, lighting, doors, ceiling, electrical, mechanical/HVAC/plumbing, roofing/parapet/scuppers/drain piping all per design. B. Civil Improvements to include: a) Earth and grading that was not completed in Phase I. b) Parking improvements to include ADA parking, curbing/gutter, parking bumpers, signage and striping/HC symbols. c) Temporary parking accessible spaces and routes. d) Bridge/culverts/weirs/rip rap/fabric all per design e) Fencing f) Concrete/retaining wall work g) Utilities h) Miscellaneous work to include SWPPP Plan – silt fencing/waddles, construction entrance with traffic control, surveying, testing – special inspections C. Access control to include video and security D. Low voltage/network E. Signage F. Landscape improvements per design
