Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall perform all operations necessary for: clearing and grubbing at the sites and removing all debris, trash, and garbage; construction and installation of support areas and access roads to the site and coordination of work activities with residents and complying with WVDOH rules and regulations; pond reclamation; construction of wetlands; regrading and excavation of the project site as approximated by the lines and grades shown on the Project Plans for construction and the moving of all unsuitable or excess material to a Contractor-located and/or WVDEP permitted waste disposal area; construction of new roads, precast boxes, precast vaults, conveyance lines, manholes, and ditches; erosion and sediment control with best management practices to include silt fence, rock check dams, sumps, and rocked culvert outlet protection; revegetation of disturbed areas. The Contractor shall also be responsible for surveying, including establishing construction baseline, measuring, and developing all completed quantities on the job, and for ordering, purchase and delivery of all materials required for construction or required for development of support areas.
