Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Prepare Executive Summary B. Perform/assist with consultation and data collection to complete the required HUD tables for the Housing and Homeless Needs Assessment C. Housing and Market Analysis D. Five-Year Strategic Plan to address the identified housing and community development needs E. Anti-poverty Strategy to reduce affordable housing barriers F. Update to the Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing G. One Year Annual Plan for CDBG, HOME and ESG funds to implement the Strategic Plan for 2025-2026 H. Community Focus Groups for Public Participations I. Assessment of Fair Housing, conclusions and recommendation for actions to overcome identified impediments to fair housing choice, milestones, and measurable results J. Assist County staff with review of current Citizen Participation Plan to determine whether any changes are needed in order to meet HUD’s current requirements
