Specifications include, but are not limited to: The objective of this study is to identify responsible long-term solutions to improve this corridor. In summary, the study process goals are as follows: • Utilize a comprehensive agency and public involvement process to engage, obtain feedback, and build consensus around a publicly supported slate of recommendations for this corridor. • Compile a planning level corridor inventory using existing and collected data to support understanding of existing conditions and potential corridor opportunities/constraints • Identify pedestrian and bike improvements along corridor • Evaluate safety improvements along the corridor • Review current corridor Right of Way and outline potential property impacts • Evaluate corridor challenges with the proposed improvements. • Identify cost estimates and potential funding opportunities for recommended improvements, broken-down per section or by projects with independent utility.
