Install per manufacturer’s recommendations. 3) The contractor shall provide and install required framing and new Hardie solid soffit on front and back porches. 4) The contractor shall provide and install four new exterior, flush mount LED canopy lights and connect to power. 5) The contractor shall provide and install new exterior tinted storefront doors to replace all existing exterior doors. 6) The contractor shall provide and install new front porch decking with Lumberrock composite decking. 7) The contractor shall provide and install window tinting on all windows. 8) The contractor shall prep, caulk, and paint the siding on the covered boat dock with two coats. 9) The contractor shall provide and install a new prefabricated 8-foot by 4-foot oar and life jacket storage shed and support foundation to make level. 10) The contractor shall prep, caulk, and paint all siding, soffits, posts, and trim with two coats.
