Specifications include, but are not limited to: The District is seeking a platform with the following features: • Issuance of initial forms and informative documentation to employees who are requesting FMLA, ADA, and/or LOA. • Determination of leave eligibility based on state and federal leave laws and district policy. • Implement a variety of communication strategies such as email, text, call messengers, and postal service mail set up. • Have workflows for various approvals and notifications. • Notification to employer and employee of effective timelines. • Provide a checklist feature for tracking the progress of FMLA, ADA and LOA requests. • Coordination with other leave related benefits such as Workers Compensation and other leave accruals. • Develop a user-friendly interface with customizable fields and forms for various FMLA, ADA and LOA types.
