Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project consists of six City-owned PBBs at Gates B23, B24, B25, B26, B27 and B28 of T4N4 with modern jet bridges that operate more efficiently, safely and improve the passenger experience. Planned work associated with each bridge replacement includes but is not limited to: a new point of use Preconditioned Air Unit and ground power unit equipment sized appropriately, potable water cabinet, demolition, and proper off-site disposal of PBBs B23 - B28. associated demolition and removal of the glycol plant on the Northeast end of T4N4. Replacement of all six PBBs, standardizing controls, sensors, hydraulics, motors, electrical functions, security access controls and ACAMS, etc. This project is anticipated as a one-to-two-year project and the order of replacement of the PBBs may be based on age and condition of the bridges, with targeted replacement of one bridge every two-to-three months until complete, which includes operational readiness, acceptance, testing and gate fit.
