Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor of the culturally and linguistically specific Behavioral Health services Learning Collaborative plays a critical role in ensuring the program's success. Their primary responsibility is to guide the collaborative process and create a safe and supportive learning environment for all Participants. This includes: a. Planning and organizing the collaborative sessions with the goal of ensuring inclusivity, accessibility, psychological safety, and creating a comprehensive timeline. The Contractor is responsible for developing a comprehensive Project Plan for the Learning Collaborative, which involves setting goals, identifying objectives, and creating a timeline for the sessions. b. Engaging Participants and encouraging their active participation in the learning process. This can include creating community agreements with the participants. The Contractor must actively engage Participants and encourage their active participation in the learning process. This includes creating opportunities for discussion, posing open-ended questions, and providing constructive feedback.
