Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1.1.1 Demolition of the residential structures, buildings, and other surface and sub-surface structures as located within the limits of the property located at 1108 Eaton Street in Murfreesboro, Tennessee 37130. In addition to the requirement to remove all structures, remove all manmade appurtenances from the specified project site whether specifically shown on the drawings or not. This includes, but is not limited to, such elements as sections of miscellaneous posts, barbeque pits, and the like. 3.1.1.2 Buried structures, foundations and miscellaneous items located within limits of the residential structure. This also includes any septic tank(s). 3.1.1.3 All concrete and asphalt pavement is to remain. Only the footprint of the actual building is demolished to subgrade. Contractor needs to leave a clean-cut edge around concrete and asphalt paving and sidewalks that remain. 3.1.1.4 Remove any stumps, bushes, and shrubs immediately surrounding the residential structure to complete the demolition work. No other trees or bushes within the property line are to be disturbed or removed. 3.1.1.5 Utility service lines to the service pole or within 10 feet of the property line. 3.1.1.6 Protect neighboring property to remain in place. 3.1.1.7 Protect the public. 3.1.1.8 Maintain dust protection. 3.1.1.9 Backfill excavations with a clean,soil fill compacted to 95% standard proctor for the material. Fill to match existing grade. 3.1.1.10 Clean-up site, grass, and bare soil surface areas. Reseed and straw following clean-up.
