Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1 Contractor shall perform regularly scheduled maintenance on the generators identified in Bid Pricing Submittal Form at the times indicated. 2.2 Contractor shall also perform repair services on generators, upon written approval by the City, for items discovered during scheduled maintenance and for emergency repair services. 2.3 Contractor shall be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to respond to requests for emergency repair services. 2.4 Contractor shall be on-site to perform emergency repairs within two (2) hours of notification. 2.5 All Contractor employees performing maintenance and repair services shall be qualified, factory trained to work on the City’s generators and licensed.
