Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Installation of a trench drain, including perforated PVC pipe, filter fabric, and washed stone below the existing auditorium floor. 2. Replacement of the concrete excavated to install the trench drain, including reinforcement and dowels. 3. Removal of existing carpet to be replaced in kind. Color to be determined by the school. 4. Installation of the sump pit and sump pump. 5. Installation of electrical controls for the sump pump. 6. Installation of pump discharge PVC plumbing to the exterior of the building, including shutoff valves and check valves. 7. The connection of the sump pump controls interface to the school’s BMS system. 8. Connecting the discharge plumbing with the existing stormwater system. 9. Exploratory test pits to determine the location of crushed stormwater pipes found during camera inspections. 10. Repair, replace or remove the crushed pipes depending on the test pit findings.
