Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Round Rock requires the demolition services to be provided for the former NAPA Auto Parts Building located at I-35 Frontage Rd. and East Mc Neil Rd., Round Rock, Tx. A single 10,000 sq. ft. steel building, including approximately 120' x 3 1/2' tall limestone wainscoting shall be demolished, removed and disposed of. The interior of the building contains six (6) HVAC units and HVAC ducting, multiple fluorescent lighting fixtures, structural steel posts, beams and trusses, steel siding and roofing. The existing foundation and asphalt parking lot/curbing shall remain in place. The Contractor shall include in their cost the removal of the existing 5' x 18' steel pole sign. Steel pole shall be cut off 6"-8" below grade. Fill hole with soil and compact flush to existing grade. City of Round Rock will coordinate with utility companies for service disconnect(s). All work shall be completed while executing the latest industry-specific standards that are relevant to performing the work and in accordance with all local, state and federal codes and requirements.
