Specifications include, but are not limited to: Perform inspections, testing, maintenance and repair services to Fixed Fire Suppression Systems, Fire Pumps, Wet Chemical Extinguishing System) Commercial Kitchen Hood), including Clean Agent Extinguishing Systems- “FM-200” systems as specified (on an as needed, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, and/or every five years) on KSU’s Kennesaw and Marietta Campuses. Contractor to provide all services under the resultant contract in accordance with the Georgia Fire Code, applicable National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards, manufacturer’s recommendations, and other requirements, regulations, codes, ordinances and rulings applicable to the class of work/type of equipment
