Specifications include, but are not limited to: Dodge City School District has partnered with Trane to replace HVAC equipment at four Dodge City Schools as listed below. Trane is accepting bids on behalf of the school district. Interested contractors shall contact Trane’s representative at the contact information below. A brief description of the scope of work includes: • Bright Beginnings Early Childhood Center: o Replacing 15 split systems, sizes are all at or below 5 tons, over the spring/summer of 2024. o Replacing 1 blower coil unit (BCU) over the spring/summer of 2024. • Northwest Elementary School: o Replacing 1 ground mounted 17 ton RTU with a new curb. The replacement will occur over the summer of 2024. • Sunnyside Elementary School o Replacing 1 ground mounted 17 ton RTU with a new curb. The replacement will occur over the summer of 2024. • Wilroads Gardens Elementary School o Replacing 1 ground mounted 17 ton RTU with a new curb. The replacement will occur over the summer of 2024.
