Specifications include, but are not limited to: Respondents to this RFP will represent a firm, company, team, agency, organization, corporation, individual, and/or consultant possessing professional experience and expertise in qualified and licensed building and code enforcement advisory and/or consulting services in the State of CT, especially as it relates to municipalities, governments, and/or state agencies on a regional level. A successful outcome of this RFP for a Regional Building and Code Enforcement Services Consultant will include an implementation plan for a regional building and code enforcement program in the CRCOG region. Respondents are encouraged to highlight implementation and methodology examples from similar sized and comparable municipalities, governments, and/or state agencies.
