Specifications include, but are not limited to: The San Diego Metropolitan Transit System (MTS) is looking to replace and upgrade the existing audio and visual equipment (A/V) in its Boardroom suite and Executive Conference room that is past its useful life. The system is lacking in key functionality, most notably the ability to professionally incorporate the aspects of remote communication into the Boardroom meetings. The current system is incapable of meeting the increasing requirements of MTS and is unsuitable as a platform for MTS and its Board members. MTS is seeking offers for Boardroom A/V Upgrade and Maintenance Support for a contract term of two (2) years and three (3) months with three (3) 1-year options.
