Specifications include, but are not limited to: At County’s request, Proposer will provide licensed psychological pre-employment assessments for County security personnel, as well as wellness check-ins or fit-for-duty evaluations that may become necessary following critical incidents for these employees. New Hire and Advancing Candidate Evaluation 1. Test Administration. a. Proposer will administer the following tests to prospective new hire candidates: The Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory -3- Restructured Form (MMPI-3-RF) The California Psychological Inventor (CPI) Wonderlic Test Bar-On EQ-I Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator Firo-B Relationship Assessment b. Proposer will administer the following tests to candidates who are advancing in rank: CPI Bar-On EQ-I Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator c. Tests will be scored by a licensed psychologist under Proposer’s employ. d. Tests will be administered within ten (10) calendar days of request by the County. e. Tests will be administered at Proposer’s office. f. Tests will be administered in large groups or individually. 2. Psychologist Interview. a. A one-on-one interview with each candidate will be completed by a licensed psychologist under the Proposer’s employ. b. Interviews will be conducted on the same day as the test administration at the same location. c. Interviews will last approximately thirty (30) to ninety (90) minutes. d. The interview will explore any areas of concern that arise from the candidate’s performance on the above-described tests; and any background information provided by the Hennepin County Facility Services Department.
