Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Land Survey The services are expected to include a limited topographic survey sufficient for a site plan, design and construction documents. 2. Project Design Design of the pickleball courts, ADA compliant access, fencing and landscaping, as indicated in the Conceptual Plan. 3. Construction Documents Preparation of construction documents sufficient for bidding and construction. 4. Estimate of Probable Cost An engineer’s estimate of probable cost of the construction project shall be provided as part of the services. The solution design and estimated cost shall be broken into logical distinct sections for separate pricing in construction project bids to allow for value engineering should bid costs come in over the available funding. 5. Bidding Assistance Assist the Town with the construction bidding process: preparation of RFP, answering technical questions, drafting addenda, bid qualification and contractor selection.
