Specifications include, but are not limited to: CRACK SEALING a. On cracks along the curb lip rout and seal with D-3405 sealant. b. On random cracks blow (clean) and seal with D-3405 sealant. c. On cracks larger than 1”-1-1/2” clean and seal with Mastic-One Sealant. SEALCOAT a. Prepare street for the sealcoating process. b. The cracks in the street will have been crack sealed previous to your sealcoating process. c. Sealcoat the streets with CRF Seal which is a maltene based emulsion along with 11% asphalt. The maltene based emulsion will penetrate and rejuvenate the asphalt pavement while the asphalt will help seal and fill any voids, surface cracks and minor surface distress. This project will last anywhere from 5-10 years in our northern climate.
