Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and travel/lodging cost to repair leaking piping in the mechanical room(s) for Houses 1, 2 and 3 and repair leaking heating mains in APS Building Boiler Room. Note – the APS Heating Water System has already been recently flushed and filled with 50% propylene glycol solution. This project will deliver the following: • Drain and flush each heating system in House 1, 2 and 3. • Identify and repair leaks in House mechanical room piping. • Identify and repair leaks in heating mains in APS Building Boiler Room. • Furnish and install glycol make-up tank for House 1, 2 and 3. • Furnish and fill heating system in each House with 50% propylene glycol solution. • Furnish and install new insulation where removed to facilitate leak repairs. • All appurtenances required to complete repairs shall be provided by contractor. • Provide 1 year warranty for parts and labor.
