Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Supplier shall upload and download required study documents from Client’s Clinical Trial Management System (“CTMS”) Oncore. 2. Supplier shall determine if the study is considered a “Qualifying Clinical Trial" (as described in the Medicare National Coverage Decision 310.1) that is eligible for Medicare reimbursement. 3. Supplier shall develop an activity/billing grid for each item/service outlined in the study protocol and enter into a grid that is built in Oncore, as well as provide an excel version of the same. 4. Supplier shall identify appropriate coding associated with items/services required by the protocol and billing requirements. 5. Supplier shall determine which items/services are billable to Medicare or private insurance including the corresponding rationale. 6. Supplier shall utilize national and local coverage decisions, as well as medical guidelines, peer reviewed journals, and drug compendia through justifications and where appropriate.
