Specifications include, but are not limited to: The intent of this solicitation is to establish an open agency contract for one year with up to four (4) one-year renewal options for the renewal of existing Salesforce cloud subscriptions and software licenses and for the purchase of additional licenses. The licenses/subscriptions currently requested are: Marketing Cloud Personalization - Premium - Named Profiles; Additional Users (per user); Additional Business Unit (+1); SSL Certificate; Marketing Cloud Engagement - Enterprise Plus Edition; Private SMS/MMS Code Lease - (CA, ES, US Random Short); SMS/MMS Mobile Messages (1,000); Additional Contacts - Enterprise Plus Edition (1,000); Private Domain; Marketing Cloud Personalization - Premium (AMER); Throughout the contract, additional licenses may be added by various departments on campus. At that time, a quote/order form will be requested and those licenses will be added to the contract.
