Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4.4.1 Coordinate with the University to identify improvements available within the market. 4.4.2 Keep the University informed of significant changes and/or trends in the marketplace throughout the year and provide the University with an annual forecast of market conditions. 4.4.3 Provide suite packages in the quantity ordered based upon the size of the roster in June of each year. 4.4.4 Provide each suite package to include: 4.4.4.1 one (1) custom made suite, 4.4.4.2 one (1) custom made shirt, 4.4.4.3 one (1) tie & pocket square, and 4.4.4.4 include tailoring after initial fitting. 4.4.5 Suits would be custom fit to each athlete’s measurement. 4.4.6 Initial fitting would need to take place in late May annually with followup fittings taking place in June and July. 4.4.7 Delivery of all final goods in August of each fiscal year – at least one week prior to the first regular season game. 4.4.8 Provide additional alterations or repairs on an as-needed basis. 4.4.9 Deliver and pick up the Goods at the Barry Switzer Center.
