Specifications include, but are not limited to: Furnish and Construct one new home, foundations, approximately 15 linear feet of new boardwalk (excluding boardwalk described in Additive Alternate 2), and utilities. The project shall constitute full compensation for all labor, tools, equipment, materials and performing all operations in connection with providing, but not limited to, the new home, appliances (with the exception of appliances described under Additive Alternate 1), equipment, utility connections, foundations, stairs, boardwalk, site work and cleanup in accordance with the specifications and drawings. Base Bid shall include all work necessary to complete the project except for the work described in additive alternates below.
