Nevada. The first segment of this Contract includes the construction of a 230kV three breaker ring bus switchyard with provisions a future fourth breaker. There are three incoming 230kV transmission lines from the Newport Substation, Mead Substation, and Boulder Flats Collector Substation. The Contractor shall provide a complete installation and is responsible for the following per Contract Documents: Define and Execute erosion control plan; Install site civil material, access road, and site grading; Furnish and Install site fencing, gates and required hardware; Creation, repair, and maintenance of access roads; Install equipment foundations
