Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Nevada is dedicated to identifying and addressing pay disparities within its compensation system and is requesting proposals for consulting services to conduct a statewide study and analysis of the State Employee Classification Program and Compensation Program. The State of Nevada Department of Administration, Human Resources Division is seeking proposals from vendors with experience in human resources for a comprehensive study of the States classified and unclassified compensation plans and concurrently conduct an equal pay analysis for all State Employee classifications. For purposes of this project “compensation,” includes wages, salary, bonuses, benefits, fringe benefits and equity-based compensation. The pay equity analysis shall include, but not be limited to, an assessment of any wage disparities among employees who perform work of comparable character. Information shall be provided to the State of Nevada in reasonable detail to allow time review and correct any wage differentials of concern.
