Specifications include, but are not limited to: The following types of officiating services are required for the City Recreation Youth Sports Leagues: a. Soccer Referees – Youth Sports b. Flag Football Referees – Youth Sports c. Indoor Volleyball Referees – Youth Sports d. Basketball Referees – Youth Sports 1. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing officiating for the following as requested by the Recreation Coordinator: a. 2 person officiating system for youth soccer, youth basketball, and youth flag football b. 1 person officiating system for youth volleyball 2. Contractor shall provide referees tested and certified as competent to administer the current and applicable rules, however special Goodyear philosophy, rules and regulations shall take precedence at all times. 3. Contractor shall provide the Recreation Coordinator with a roster of officials intended to be used for this contract. See Attachment B. a. Contractor shall include certifications of all umpires/referees with their submittal. b. Contractor personnel must have a minimum of two (2) years’ experience with providing referee/umpire services in the sport for which they will be assigned.
