Specifications include, but are not limited to: Scope for spaces to be renovated: - 302 Existing gym space shall be completely renovated with painted walls, acoustical impact resistant ceiling, updated HVAC, lighting, sprinkler and alarm components (new furr downs as reqd). 5,276 gsf - 304 Existing locker room to be demolished back to structure and rebuilt as a new locker room with new HVAC, lighting, electrical, and plumbing. 1,524 gsf - 332 Existing locker room to be demolished back to structure and rebuilt as a new locker room with new HVAC, lighting, electrical, and plumbing. 2,341 gsf - 348 Existing gym space shall be completely renovated with new maple floor, painted walls, acoustical impact resistant ceiling, updated HVAC, lighting, sprinkler and alarm components (new furr downs as required). 4,547 gsf - 402 Existing locker room shall be converted to a Dance Space with new maple floor, HVAC, lighting, sprinkler and alarm components. 3,059 gsf - 406 Existing locker room shall be converted to a Weight Room with new synthetic floor, HVAC, lighting, sprinkler and alarm components. 4,089 gsf - 502A Existing Dance gym shall be completely renovated with a new Marley floor, painted walls, acoustical impact resistant ceiling, updated HVAC, lighting, sprinkler and alarm components (new furr downs as required). 2,772 gsf - Recreational Sports Center (RSC) 1.104 - Replace existing floor with Marley floor. 3,994 gsf - An alternate to replace the four primary air handlers that serve these spaces may be priced but is not included within this estimate.
