Specifications include, but are not limited to: South Loy Road (Cornville): Installation of one 145’ guardrail run on South Loy Road 1.6 miles from Cornville Road with 100 linear feet of new MGS guardrail (6’ steel posts) and 2 TL-2 MSKT guardrail end terminals. Due to the proximity of underground utilities post installation (up to 12 posts) may require hand dig. Beaver Creek Road (Rimrock): Replacement of 4 guardrail runs that are currently connected to the concrete barriers on Beaver Creek Bridge. The project includes the removal of 180 linear feet of existing guardrail and 4 guardrail transitions to the concrete barriers, the installation of 4 new TL-2 rated ThrieBeam Guardrail Transition Systems per Texas DOT Standard Drawing GF(31)TR TL2-19, the installation of 50 linear feet of new MGS guardrail (6’ steel posts), and 4 new TL-2 MSKT guardrail end terminals. Beaver Creek Road (within Montezuma Wells National Monument limit): Extension of one existing guardrail run by removing the existing end terminal at the approaching end and installing 275 linear feet of new MGS guardrail (6’ steel posts) with 1 new TL-2 MSKT guardrail end terminal. The new guardrail shall be attached to the existing guardrail using a stagger post per ADOT Standard Detail C- 10.38. All work is to be done in accordance with the plans, specifications, and contract documents.
