Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Because of the presence of asbestos, all materials a re to be handled in accordance with DEQ/EPA regulations. Transport and dispose of the materials in a DEQ approved hazardous waste landfill in accordance with DEQ/EPA regulations. 2. A copy of the limited asbestos inspection received on this property is attached. 3. Demolish the building located at 103 Debaillon Street. 4. Completely remove the entire fire damaged house containing asbestos materials, concrete steps, concrete slab, concrete sidewalks, concrete porch furniture, appliances and all debris in and around the house at 103 Debaillon Street. Fill in the old septic tank. Do not damage the neighboring fence. See sketch attached.
