Specifications include, but are not limited to: The summary of work includes the new monument sign will be constructed on Assessor’s parcel Number (APN): 163-02-501-002, which is zoned C-V. There will be no off-site work required for the sign. The scope of work will encompass approximately 4,600 s.f., which will include the 227 s.f. for the sign footprint and the landscape improvements around it. the sign will have a vertical wall (overall height of 20’-5”) with the campus logo that will be clad in phenolic resin panels, and low walls (overall height 5’-10”) with the name of the campus and the address. the low wall is to be clad in travertine (see elevations for more information attachment 4 - plans and specifications.)
