Specifications include, but are not limited to: This item includes Construction Contracts B-45287 (2301043), B-45280 (Lead 2301041, 2301040, 2301071), R-45284 (Lead 2301070, 2301164), R-45286 (2301044), B-45272 (2301185 & 2301073), B-45276 (2301048), and B-45283 (2301045). The selected firm will perform the design and plan development work necessary to produce the construction contract documents. The selected firm will be required to provide Environmental Documentation, all Permits, Topographic Survey, Geotechnical Engineering, Small Structure Design, Pavement Design, Utility Coordination, Hydraulics, Right-of-Way Plan Development, Title Research, R/W Staking, Real Estate Services, Construction Phase Services and other services as needed.
