Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Preliminary and Feasibility Investigations and Reports related to the Wastewater Treatment and Disposal System, including collecting, interpreting and reporting information, analyses of conditions, comparison of possible design alternatives, impact upon the environment, operating costs, life-cycle costs, formulating conclusions, making recommendations and formulating a scope of design; 2. Selection of project delivery method for Wastewater Treatment and Disposal System construction projects, including evaluating the best method to deliver projects, bundling projects and implementing projects (MPW reserves the right to convert any or all of the Wastewater Treatment and Disposal System Projects to an alternative method of project delivery including, but not limited to, design-build or construction manager at risk.); 3. Preliminary Design of Wastewater Treatment and Disposal System Projects including preparation of final design criteria, preliminary drawings, outline of specifications and preliminary opinions of probable construction cost; 4. Permitting of Wastewater Treatment and Disposal System Projects include assisting MPW and working with other agencies to obtain all necessary permits, reviews, approvals and conditions to begin construct projects; 5. Final Design of Wastewater Treatment and Disposal System Projects including preparation of design drawings, specifications, and opinions of probable construction cost; 6. Bidding or Negotiating of Wastewater Treatment and Disposal System Projects include assisting MPW with construction bidding or negotiating process; and 7. Construction Administration of Wastewater Treatment and Disposal System Projects including representing MPW during construction and observation of the construction.
