Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected firm will perform the design and plan development work necessary to produce the construction contract documents. The selected firm will be required to provide an Abbreviated Engineering Assessment Report, Topographic Survey, Road Design, Environmental Documentation, all Permits, Pavement Design, Geotechnical Investigation, Utility Coordination, Hydraulic Analysis and Design, Right of Way Plan Development (including Abstracting, R/W Engineering and R/W Staking, if required), and Construction Phase Services. Additional services may also be required, such as, Wetland Mitigation, Archaeological Investigations and Historical/Architectural Investigations. INDOT will provide Real Estate Acquisition services, if required. The LOI should focus on the structures CLV 67003, CLV 48892, CLV 97355 and CLV 54124 in their project approach. The INDOT Project Manager and the Consultant will schedule the Scoping Meeting within two (2) weeks of the Notice of Selection. The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 45 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP item. This contract will use eInvoicing.
