Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) The contractor shall remove 310 identified trees and stumps and 20 additional stumps. These trees shall be marked prior to pre-bid meeting. 2) The contractor shall chip and blow all trimmings into wood line. All logs shall be removed from the park. 3) The contractor shall trim limbs to 25 feet above ground level on all sides of trees on fairway side of cart path and on the cart path side only on those not on the playing side. The trees to be trimmed are along cart path side only. 4) The contractor shall use caution to limit soil disruption and shall be responsible for recovering any disruption to its original condition including, but not limited to, seed (chosen by golf course) and straw for cover. 5) The stumps and exposed roots shall be ground to 4-inch depth below ground.
