Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor is to provide a slip-resistant cementitious spray textured overlay to the indoor pool deck utilizing products designed for pool deck use. The application of finishes shall be applied in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. 2.2.1 Grind off existing coating/substrate and pressure wash/wash/vacuum to prep for the cementitious spray texture overlay. 2.2.2 Keep/replace all tile depth markers on the deck to maintain compliance with the State of Tennessee Pool Codes. 2.2.3 Upon cleaning, inspect all areas to identify if any existing cracks are present. If cracks are present, fill with 2-part urethane and sand to allow for the overlay material to have a flat surface with which to bond. 2.2.4 Skim a coat of polymerized Portland cement (or City approved equivalent) and acrylic resin mix (with integral color) over concrete. Spray a texture coat of the same cement and resin mix (with integral color) over skim coat. 2.2.5 Install Two (2) Coats of acrylic sealer. 2.2.6 Remove existing caulk and install new elastomeric caulk between concrete pads in control joints around pool. City will specify color. Main Pool is 185 linear feet. The remainder of pool areas are 205 linear feet.
