Specifications include, but are not limited to: Used Shelter Concrete construction, heavy duty construction, outside dimension s LO'xL2' minimum or larger for four sites, 10'x15'for redundant NCS/Core site in Celeste, interior dimensions 9'x!L'and 9'x15' respectively or larger, 9' ceilings, 36" or 42" door, dual HVAC units, exhaust fan/louver w/ temp activation, interior grounding system - halo grounding, site alarms, cables trays at least L2" wide, preferably 18", 4-6 service outlets, telco/alarm board w/ at least two 66-blocks (4 blocks preferred), interior lighting (LED preferred), exterior lighting at door, main breaker panel w/ 30 breakers minimum, ATS, MTS, SD, waveguide Ports (12 ports each), and fire extinguisher.; The exterior wall finish shall be exposed aggregate. Exterior walls must be at least 5"-6" thick. Thin-wa'll fiberglassreinforced concrete is not acceptable. The roof shall be a flat, tapered type having a minimum slope of Lf2" per foot from the roof centerline. The flooring material should be a laminate style or vinyl composition tile (VCT) with a high levelof durability. Allexteriorwall, floor and roof joints shall be sealed using a compressible, resilient sealant. There shall be no exposed roof-to-wall or wall-to-floor joints. Walls shall have a minimum thermal insulation factor of R11.
