Specifications include, but are not limited to: The base lighting is at the end of its life causing unhealthy work conditions. The fluorescent lights require frequent bulb replacements and are causing a strain on limited Civil Engineering maintenance resources. There are three Energy Monitoring and Control Systems (EMCS) which control the HVAC: Schneider Electric Struxureware, Andover Continuum, and Honeywell and it is not possible to maintain all three system. Additionally, these systems are at the end of their life and have not been updated in many years and do not meet Department of Defense cybersecurity requirements and may pose a security risk. This project will provide modern, reliable, and stable base-wide luminaires and control system ensuring the Air Force will have secure and reliable lighting, heating, cooling, and ventilation for personnel and equipment.
