Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Board of Regents of the University of Oklahoma on behalf of the College of Pharmacy (University) would like to solicit suppliers for the purchase of a cyclotron, Digital SiPM PET/CT camera, Digital SPECT/CT camera, and/or management of a cyclotron for production of diagnostic PET radiopharmaceuticals to be installed as part of a tracer center facility otherwise referred to as a Biomarker Production Center (BPC). It is the intent of the University to award multiple suppliers on this solicitation, if necessary, upon approval from the Board of Regents. There will be two parts to this solicitation: Part A and Part B. The first part of this solicitation (Part A) will be for the purchase of the cyclotron equipment and imaging Digital SiPM PET/CT and Digital CZT SPECT/CT camera equipment as outlined in the full specifications for Part A below. The second part of the solicitation (Part B) will be for the management of the installation, working with the seller to ensure the production facility is designed to fit the specs of their equipment, meet requirements of FDA and OK board of pharmacy, oversee testing, quality assurance, consulting, training, and further requirements as outlined in the full specifications for Part B below. Suppliers may respond to some or all of the parts as able. The University does not intend this solicitation to be an all or nothing award. The University may select one or more suppliers based on 'best value'. Evaluation criteria is listed below, and these items will be requested in questions, and price component sections.
