Specifications include, but are not limited to: Furnish all material and labor necessary for the installation of an auxiliary bypass suction leg and replace discharge fittings for CP144 Pump Station. CP144 is located off of Latitude Blvd, south of Independence Blvd at coordinates 32.30002163, -81.01831313. The bypass suction leg (6” C900 PVC DR25) shall terminate in a MJ 90 anchored in fillet and shall extend up through the wetwell top. Core through wetwell lid up to megaflange to a 6” female disconnect with dust plug Bauer fitting. For the discharge, the following shall be replaced: female 6” Bauer fitting, 6” plug valve, and 6” x 10” tee (401 lined DIP). Bypass suction leg shall be installed per BJWSA Details S-13A, S-13B, and S-14 located in Appendix A. CP144 location map, as-builts, and site photos of the temporary suction piping are located in Appendix B. Any required shutdown shall be coordinated with BJWSA staff and a shutdown plan shall be submitted to BJWSA by the Contractor.
