Dishmachine specification requirements are attached. As outlined in the specifications, price to include the new machine, and complete installation. Installation to be completed by Hobart Install Team and shall include removal and disposal of the existing dishmachine and external booster heater, and all new duct work for exhaust. Hobart Install Team will include any necessary electrical changes as part of their install proposal. Standard warranty will be 18 months after the machine is started up, and parts, labor and driving time during normal working hours (M-F, 8-5). The new machine will receive a free of charge factory start-up from Hobart Service and will be thoroughly demonstrated to the staff once it is installed.
