Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City seeks Proposals from qualified solar developers (the “Proposers”) to provide municipal offtake from a solar photovoltaic clean energy system (the “System”) totaling no more than 5 MW-AC in size, in Eversource territory that will be offset against up to 9,000,000 kWh/year of the City’s electrical load. The Proposer and the City would participate in Year 3 of Connecticut’s Non-residential Renewable Energy Solutions Program (the “NRES Program”), with Virtual Net Metering (“VNM”) for State, Agricultural, and Municipal (“SAM”) properties, administered by Eversource. Proposers should submit proposals that would utilize the NRES Buy-All-Sell-All tariff and would participate in the NRES Year 3 February/March 2024 bid window, and, if necessary, the NRES Year 3 August/September 2024 bid window
