Specifications include, but are not limited to: -Disconnection of the existing remote refrigeration system. With recapture of the refrigerant. Cap & leave the existing remote compressors in-place. - Disconnection of the electrical on the existing walk-in. - Disassembly, demo as necessary, removal and disposal of the existing walk-in. - Delivery and assembly of the new walk-in panels. With assembly. Into the existing space. Use / Reuse the existing floor, (no changes). With trim on the left & right side. Re-use the existing trim across the top of the new box. - *** Evacuation of all existing refrigerant. Decommissioning and tagging of both existing rooftop units. - Trades services to include on-site electrical work & connections to the new walk-ins. - Refrigeration installation and start-up of the new remote system. Remote compressors to be installed on wall brackets on the exterior school wall. Within 100 feet of the walk-in. ***Not included: No Fire Protection Sprinkler work / Fire Protection Alarm System. This to be done by Windham Public Schools. Any carpentry, floor tile work, or other trades services to be done by Windham public Schools. The above mentioned shall not be included as part of this project bid. As this is not included in the scope of work for this project.
