Specifications include, but are not limited to: furnish parts, materials, and equipment on an as needed basis for HVAC Systems within the MNPS owned and operated facilities throughout the district. Parts, materials, and equipment provided shall be used on a variety of HVAC Systems/Equipment to include but not limited to: Chillers, Boilers, Cooling Towers, Hydronic Systems, Variable Speed Drives (VFD), Variable Refrigerant Flow Systems (VRF), Roof Top Air Conditioning Units, Package Air Conditioning Units, Water Source Heat Pumps, Fan Coil Units, Single Vertical Package Units, Portable Thermal Air Conditioners, Window Air Conditioning Units, Make Up Air Units, Exhaust Fans, Electric Heaters, Gas Heaters, HVAC Ductwork, etc.
