Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University of Memphis is seeking proposals from agencies with experience in higher education to execute a comprehensive website redesign within the framework of our current Omni CMS. The requirements include: A vendor with a deep bench of experience working with universities, in particular, public research universities is preferred. The University of Memphis will receive a dedicated account manager to oversee and manage all client and agency communication. Responding promptly to questions and requests — in general within 2 business days for normal requests and 1 business day for high priority requests. An outline of timeline development and implementation. Manage all internal processes to ensure requests are effectively relayed to vendor. Provide deliverables that meet the project scope and client expectations in agreed upon timeframes. Participation in all necessary meetings, including regularly scheduled status meetings. Maintain confidentiality about any and all University initiatives unless instructed otherwise. This would include signing a confidentiality agreement. Agency will have access to the University’s Content Management System where they can make edits as needed and as directed by/approved by the University of Memphis. Up to 10 months should be allotted for completion of the Scope of Work. Template Design & Development Vendor shall design and implement new templates to be used within the University’s Omni CMS, optimizing for web and mobile design, navigation, accessibility and user experience. Distinct templates will be developed for the following pages: 1. Homepage 2. Prospective Students homepage 3. Current Students homepage 4. Microsite homepage 5. Microsite subpage 6. Student Spotlight page 7. Employee Profile page Vendor to provide proofs of new or restructured templates for web and mobile designs to UofM for approval. Upon approval of new or restructured template proofs, vendor will provide Omni CMS compatible template designs. Vendor must follow the UofM’s style guide in template development. Vendor will provide page designs rendered in HTML 5.0 with a responsive design using the bootstrap framework.
