Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Project Name: Right-of-Way/Property Acquisition On-Call Professional Services 2. Contract/Project Number: To Be Determined. 3. Project Locations: To Be Determined, Broken Arrow, OK 4. Description of Services: These services will entail obtaining Right-of-Way or other properties required for various capital improvement projects in the City of Broken Arrow. 5. Proposed Scope of Services and Project Deliverables: The awarded Service Provider will be responsible for obtaining Right-of-Way/Property Acquisition for various city projects. These services will include but not be limited to: contacting/corresponding with parcel owners, negotiating with parcel owners, writing offer letters, working with City Engineers/Consulting Engineers, and keeping the City informed of all negotiations, contacts, and documentation.
