Specifications include, but are not limited to: Minimum service requirements to be provided by the hotel: 1. Non-smoking guest room accommodations must be available for the following dates, not to exceed the government lodging per diem rate per night. Also, include the room tax rate information. OSMB will provide the hotel with a rooming list prior to arrival. The following dates for quantity of guest rooms are: Arrive Sunday, depart Friday... 2. Each guest room must have a mini refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. 3. Complimentary Wi-Fi. 4. Complimentary breakfast. 5. Adequate guest parking that is safe, secure, well-lit, paved and away from pedestrian traffic with space for full-size pick-up trucks. Priority given for these optional services provided by the hotel: 1. Guest room below government lodging per diem rate. 2. On-site laundry facilities.
