Specifications include, but are not limited to: removal of furniture when required, removal and disposal of existing old flooring which consists of carpet, carpet tiles, and areas of ceramic tiles, installation of new plank flooring and re-installation of any furniture removed for work. All carpet flooring must be replaced with laminate flooring for hygienic ease of cleaning and maintenance. Remove and dispose of old flooring being replaced. Level floors and repair small cracks. All ridges or other uneven surfaces shall be ground smooth and primed as necessary. Comply with all manufacturer’s instructions for all products used. Upon completion of installation, remove all tools and equipment and dispose of all waste and excess materials. Carefully and thoroughly vacuum clean to satisfaction of Arches. Removal of carpet/carpet tiles from all building floors, which includes client rooms and attached bathrooms. Remove wall ceramic tiles in client rooms and bathrooms.
