The improvements in include approximately:14,000 CY of excavation; 725 LF of storm sewer; 275 LF of sanitary service; 1,074 LF of water services; 2,451 SY of PCC Sidewalk; 892 SY crushed asphalt millings; 1,705 LF of chain link fencing; 7,395 SF of Poured in Place Playground Surfacing; 2,685 SF of Synthetic Grass Surfacing; Splashpad equipment and installation; Playground equipment installation; Restroom Building installation. Other associated improvements include, manholes, fittings, appurtenances, traffic control, erosion control, surface restoration, and miscellaneous work necessary to complete the project.
