Specifications include, but are not limited to: Outagamie County is requesting bids for the parts only to replace the track/suspension systems on an existing 2011 Caterpillar D6LGP Dozer (VIN KSB00299), which is located at the Department of Recycling and Solid Waste. County employees will replace the parts. We are requesting pricing for the following parts, which are all manufactured by Berco and part of their heavy duty undercarriage line which would fit the abovementioned D6LGP Dozer: New chains and new 31” track pads Track pads need to be cutout to allow relief for debris Chains and pads are to be preassembled New master link hardware All new track rollers, carrier rollers and hardware All new idler rollers and hardware All new final drive segments and hardware All parts to repair equalizer bar bushings/bearings All parts to reseal track frames/pivot shafts All parts must be in new condition. Refurbished or used parts will not be accepted. The bidder must be an authorized Berco parts dealer. We reserve the right to request manufactures’ authorization to resell these items, if a bidder is not able to provide authorization their bid will be rejected
